(1) Nominated members of the Committee shall not continue in office in any of the following cases:-
(a) If the term of office expires,
(b) If he resigns before the Government of Nepal,
(c) in case of death,
(d) If he is absent from the meeting of the committee for three consecutive times without giving any notice.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if the position of any member becomes vacant, another member should be nominated as soon as possible for the remainder of the term.
